This sign is at a gift shop in the Las Vegas airport. While you are viewing this, my wife and I are spending a few vacation days in Las Vegas. We plan to take a trip out to the south rim of the Grand Canyon, and possibly take in a Cirque du Soliel show while we are in town. We're not gamblers, so the casinos hold little interest other than photo opportunities for me. Stay tuned, there will be additional photos in upcoming posts.
I can't take the cigarette smoke in those casinos, so we never go. I like to play the slots now and then though.

ReplyDeleteThat is a very ruby welcome to that desert oasis! Gambling with that cacophony of machine noise is not particularly attractive with shows and dams to explore nearby. And away from work all the while - vacations are great!

I'm a little jealous. It's been awhile since I've been to Vegas. I don't like to gamble though. It's a great place to see some shows, and a good jumping off point to see some great sites.
