Ruby Tuesday



Some mornings a bowl of whole grain cereal and skim milk may be the healthiest alternative for your breakfast, but it may not be exactly what you really want to start your day.  On the way to work you pass by the best breakfast in town...really, it is.

Breakfast here is going to require some extra time spent at the fitness center after the work day is complete.  Was it worth it?  You betcha!
