Looking At The Sky Friday

I actually took this image while driving home from work. I just pointed the camera in the general direction of the clouds and pulled the trigger. I would not suggest that anyone copy my driving habits on this day...or any other day. Click on the image to enlarge. Click on the badge to view other participants.

  1. A rich and lovely sky it is. As with host Tisha's picture, the Arkansan skies are beautiful and rich. Alas for me, the only time I passed through Arkansas was in the night driving from Memphis to DFW, so I couldn't see the great skies I can see in a blog. A stunning capture!

  3. Very nice clouds! And may I say I am a bit jealous everyone seems to be getting the great cloud shots and Idaho has been cloudless in the morning and at sunset.

Soon Soon we will have awesome sunrise/sunsets I hope that they are at least a quarter as nice as your photo.

  6. This is a beautiful sight from a driver's seat. Good thing i don't drive because i can click and click away even though the vehicle is moving. :) But really at times i wish i could hail the driver to stop so that i can shot a very beautiful view. :)

Thanks for the visit and happy weekend!

  7. I'm so guilty of the point & click while driving. You got a beautiful pic though.

  9. I love the silver clouds and how high they are. The sky looks so far away in that shot.

  11. I have this bad habit myself. I always seem to see these type of beautiful cloud formations when I am driving the kids to school and have NO time to stop! Great shot.

Thanks so much for playing along.

    Have a great weekend.

  14. May I assume you didn't take it any day this week? Looks like from the weather you have been having a LOT of rain in your neck of the woods. Lovely shot, though.
    Happy Friday!
