The terra cotta looks like it could be from either the Fairgrounds Pavilion or the Warehouse Market or maybe something similar.
My tour last Friday was to get a lot of downtown interiors mostly for my Historic Tulsa blog. I will do a post on first one building and then another. Tulsa Gentleman will get a photo here and there when it fits one theme or another. It that sounds chaotic it probably is.
