  10. Thanks for stopping by Rock Candy and welcome to blogland. I read thru your posts and was surprised when I hit Iron Works. Been a long time since I've been there but it was a fav. Living now in Wimberley we go to Salt Lick in Driftwood (not far out of Austin)
    Nice shots of historic Austin.

  12. Driller, I saw your comment on BJ's and thought maybe you had something to do with oil/gas wells. My husband is a drilling consultant in the gas garden here in Texas.
But I think we have a problem..what is a ou grad. doing rooting for Razorbacks? I am A Longhorn and Roy is a Tennesse fan....kinda puts you in the middle.

Come and see us and welcome to blog land.

Candy: I've heard of Salt Lick and it's on my list. Just haven't been there yet.

Barbra: It's a long story. DrillerAA comes from the Tulsa Drillers AA minor league team (my home town. I am an OU alum, living in Northwest Arkansas for the past 22 years, so I've got a little Razorback in me by now.
Napaboaniya: It is some shiny red protection for sure.

    Storyteller: Thank you very much.

Ivon: Nope, that's an opponent of my grand son. I just couldn't resist the ruby red batting helmet.
