This is one of those objects that looks really cool in the flea market booth, but one has to wonder, "What on earth will I do with it when I get it home." If you have enough storage space, I suppose it could be used as a seasonal front porch decoration. Add a bale of hay and a couple of pumpkins, top it off with a few potted mums and you have an outrageous fall display.
Yep, you'd have to have the right kind of a place for that. Out in the country somewhere comes to mind.
ReplyDeleteLove the video.
Have a blessed day. ☺
I kinda like the wheel. I do live out in the country and might prop it up by the mailbox.

I love it and it would be cute on a wall of a rustic cafe...great photo ...and I like your red blog clock. :)
ReplyDeleteYes it would look great out in the front yard but you sure couldn't very well put it in the hall closet in the off season.
ReplyDeleteCool wheel! Looks good with blue background

The first house I bought had one of those as a front decoration. It was a little out of place in suburban New Jersey, it disintegrated when eaten by termites, but at least it alerted us to a termite problem in the house before it got too bad.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful wheel !
ReplyDeleteI recently visited the old Gold mining town of Oatman Arizona where I saw many artifacts like this wheel that connected me with the boom town era of the Southwest.
