Happy Birthday Big Guy!
The Big Guy turned seven yesterday. He's the only grandson and he has three older sisters. Pray for him, please. We had pizza, cake, and ice-cream...all of the basic food groups. It was a school night, so a real party is scheduled for next week-end.
Sunrise reminds me that each morning is a new beginning. A new day has arrived and it is filled with opportunities and choices. I read something the other day that said we should start each day by making the Devil say,"Oh no, he's up." I like that. Unfortunately, most of my mornings do not strike fear into the heart of Satan. In fact, I doubt if I cause him much concern. How about you? God is constantly reminding me of His love for me, His concern for my welfare, and His desire to spend time with me. I need to do a better job of holding up my end of the relationship. Like everyone else, there was a time in my life when I was lost and separated from God. It was His love that saved me. Like the song says, "Love Lifted Me." Enjoy. Have a great week-end. Come back for a new week.

Driler...Thanks for visiting my Buttons for Baga blog and commenting on my sunrise at the beach. Your shots of the sky on your way to work are the most unusual I have ever seen...BEAUTIFUL! They are mind boggling. I have started a new blog focusing only on my journey with photography...climbingthedigitalmountain.blogspot.com. Please stop by as I would love to have your input.ReplyDelete
Happy Birthday to Big Guy! I hope that he has a great "real party."ReplyDelete
Great photo. I love Fall also. The sun is lower the light is softer. Plus after the first freeze I can pursue my geocaching hobby a little harder in the more remote areas.
Happy birthday, child!ReplyDelete
