Skywatch Friday

Spring time in the south generally means one thing...Thunderstorms.  Thunderstorms often bring tornadoes with them.  We are entering tornado season and after the devastation of Moore, Oklahoma and Joplin, Missouri recently, people are a little anxious about the weather in this part of the country.  The truth is, there is very little that we can do about the weather.  Like life, what really matters is how do we react to events over which we have no control.  One might even ask, how do we react to events that we do have some measure of control.  Are we prepared to make the right decisions?  One thing is true, regardless of our circumstances or the burdens that we are asked to bear, for the Christian, Jesus is there "Through It All".
Have a blessed week-end.

  5. Looks like a tempestuous sky!! But...ever so beautiful with Old Glory waving through it all. Let's just hope that this tornado season and the hurricane season that begins all too soon for us here in Coastal Texas is non-active as possible.
